 | | "Shimomaruko JAZZ CLUB" first began September 30, 1993 produced by tenor sax player Tatsuya Takahashi (who just recently passed away) and supervised by Masahisa Segawa. Now on it's 15th year, 170 shows have been presented by over 1,000 Japan's jazz scene top performers. With an "at home" atmosphere, the audience can enjoy a very relaxed atmosphere with the music bringing their own food and drink. SJC aspires to continue to bring the history and tradition of jazz in this unique set up. |
