The Jazz Club at Aman New York presents ‘Tokyo Manila New York Jazz’ 9.10 &11

The Jazz Club at Aman New York presents ‘Tokyo Manila New York Jazz’ — a vibrant celebration on September 11–12, 2025, tracing the rich, intertwining jazz traditions of three great cities.
Curated by interior designer, creative entrepreneur, and long-time Aman patron Maja Olivares-Co, the evening features a five-piece ensemble uniting talent from the Philippines, Japan, and the US in a remarkable cross-cultural collaboration.
The line-up includes Tokyo-based Filipino vocalist Charito, acclaimed for her award-winning albums and work with legends such as Michel Legrand; Japanese pianist Yuki Arimasa, a Berklee alumnus blending classical and jazz; bassist Yoshiki Yamada and drummer Yosuke Nagayama, both celebrated performers with global credits; and American saxophonist Adam Hutcheson, known for appearances at venues including the Apollo Theatre.
Audiences can expect beloved jazz standards, reimagined Filipino love songs, and contemporary Japanese pop hits — a soulful journey through rhythm and culture in one of Manhattan’s most intimate and elegant jazz clubs.
